It has a modular structure that makes the garment compatible with every habitat and with all the weather conditions. Warm and protective, but, if necessary, also light and breathable. The main garment has the silhouette of an oversized parka. Unlined, stitched and thermo-welded, it has a long zipper in view which continues until the top of the hood. Inside, hooked through a well-integrated and almost invisible magnet system, there is a second garment: short, with a measured volume, well padded. It can be worn on its own

CARE

Wash in cold water at 30°C, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry, low temperature. Do not iron. Do not dry-clean.

2. FROM FABRIC TO THE FINAL GARMENT: From the dying and finishing department, the fabric moves to the contiguous Beste sewing lab where the manufacturing cycle starts. The automatized blade cutter, the laser cut, the operations of the traditional and ultrasound assembly, the weldings and the thermo-welded seams, the goose down or artificial fiber injection, until the ironing and the final test (see map)

and the typical 3L structure

The detachable garment is made

of a very fine cotton popeline

and it is lined with a polyester rip-stop

The padding is made

of a polyester microfiber

completely recycled

In terms of waterproofness,

the fabric guarantees a value of 10 meters of water column.

While in terms of breathability,

it certifies a level which is slightly higher than

the ten-thousand grams per square meter in 24 hours,

according to the B1 standard

The external layer is made

from an impalpable polyester jersey in contact with the body,

while a polyurethane membrane in the middle

adds good performances
