Welcome to our exclusive cotton plantations in Australia, India,

South America, United States of America and China, with the

exception for the Xingjiang region. Here the cotton is cultivated with

the utmost respect for the surrounding nature.

The ancient hard work of the cotton farmers has today been partially

replaced by modern technologies, such as drones flying over the whole

area of the cotton fields to control and prevent the spread of potential

diseases and pest infestations. Drones can easily find any danger over

hectars and hectars of plantations and they let be possible a fast and

prompt reaction.

MATURE COTTON

As soon as the danger of frozen and cold nighst is left behind,between the end of March and the beginning of April,the sowing of our cotton occurs and after six long months of care and growth, it is finally ripde and get ready to one of the most delicate phases of the cycle: the harvest.The harvest happens at intervals of minimum three coats between September and October.

AUTOMATED COTTON HARVEST

In our plantations, the tough work of the harvest has been subtracted to men and has become mechanized, ensuring excellent results trhough to the mechanical division of the flake from the plant. The harvesters leave the plant at the height of 30 centimeters and, after just a month, the plant gets green again and ready for the next ripening.

COTTON PACKAGING

Once the cotton has been beaten and divided according to the kind of fiber, it is ready to be pressed in bales, each one in a different color, which indicates the plantation of origin. The flakes can finally leave the fields and prepare for the next step: the spinning.
